Introduction To Mindfulness

4 Week Program Our signature  program teaches  employees how to be mindful. 

INCLUDES:

4 x 1 hour classes meditations, videos and articles Online Workbook

In this four-week course, We teach employees how to be mindful. They learn how to manage stress and how to focus. This leads to happier workplaces and increased productivity. Participants receive a workbook and have access to an online supplementary resources page with meditations, interesting articles and videos.

The program can be delivered over 4 weeks (4 x 1 hour sessions) or customised as required.

Mindful Communication & Decision Making

7 Week Program

An indepth programme that harnesses employees with greater skill in communication & decision making

Includes 7 x 2 hour classes, workbook, online access to MP3 meditations, videos & articles.

 

Communication break down leads to stress, conflict in relationships and ineffective decision-making. We beleive that mindful communication allows us to break through many of these issues faced by organisations.

Another issue is that employees are often disengaged and disinterested in business meetings. Decisions can be make without the full engagement of the team and without careful focus.

In this 7-week programme we teach employees how to be mindful, how to communicate mindfully and how to make decisions from a mindful place.

Participants will receive a workbook and have access to an online supplementary resources page with meditations, interesting articles and videos.

Coaching

Individual support for employees who struggle with stress & other issues that hinder their performance.

We coach managers how to develop mindful communication & how to enhance their decision making 

Our coaches provide support for employees who are struggling with stress, anxiety & or depression and other challenges.

We also work with Managers and Executives who require one-on-one assistance with developing mindfulness practices, including enhancing their communication skills and or their ability in decision making.
