Introduction to Mindfulness

4 Week Program

Our foundation program that teaches  employees how to be Mindful. 

Includes: 4 x 1 hour classes, a workbook & online access to MP3 meditations, videos and articles

In this four-week course, We teach employees how to be mindful. They learn how to manage stress and how to focus. This leads to happier workplaces and increase productivity. Participants receive a workbook and have access to an online supplementary resources page with meditations, interesting articles and videos.

The program can be delivered over 4 weeks (4 x 1 hour sessions) or customised as required.

  • Understanding that Mindfulness is essential for health and wellbeing.

Mindful Communication & Decision Making

7 Week Program

An indepth programme that harnesses employees with greater skill in communication & decision making

Includes 7 x 2 hour classes, workbook, online access to MP3 meditations, videos & articles.

 

Communication break down leads to stress, conflict in relationships and ineffective decision-making. We beleive that mindful communication allows us to break through many of these issues faced by organisations.

Another issue is that employees are often disengaged and disinterested in business meetings. Decisions can be make without the full engagement of the team and without careful focus.

In this 7-week programme we teach employees how to be mindful, how to communicate mindfully and how to make decisions from a mindful place.

Participants will receive a workbook and have access to an online supplementary resources page with meditations, interesting articles and videos.
